Combs) (Andrew, Joseph), born ca 1759, probably in either Frederick Co, MD or Loudoun Co, VA; d 25 Nov 1834, Licking Co, OH, was the s/o Andrew & Mary Combs I of Coombs Fort, Tonoloways Settlement (Frederick Co, MD & Cumberland Co, PA) and Loudoun Co, VA; married Sarah UNKNOWN and possibly a Rebecca NORTON.
