The Cromhall Bishops' Transcripts (1571-1640) by Leslie Maher, published by Cromhall, Gloucester Gen-UKI include no Cam*, Com*, Coom* etc. entries, nor any entries for an Arthur CREW, nor any entries for the wife or children of Morgan HICKS; however, in 1630 an Arthur HICKS is named as brother, and an Arthur CREW as cousin, of Richard ATWELLS of Thornbury, Gloucester, but "late of London, draper:"

Richard ATWELL was probably Richard, son of Edward, who was christened 7 Apr 1576 in Cromwell. A Susanna ATWELL, daughter of Edward, was christened 22 Sep 1577, and (above-noted Bishops' Transcripts).

Several references have been found to "Mr. Palmer of Thornbury," but he has not yet been identified. Was Toddenham possibly Tottenham?
