20 Jun 1656 - 14 Jul 1657 The Will of Thomas COMBE of Old Stratford, Co in the County of Warwick Esq., (s/o Thomas & Mary SAVAGE Combe) dated 20 June 1656, and proved 14 July 1657, mentions Mr. Nathaniel FOX of Pointington in the County of Somerset clerk. (Ruthen, 282., New England Historical and Genealogical Register, 1889)

Notes: The will of Thomas COMBE II of Old Stratford, Warwickshire names numerous relatives, but includes only the one reference to Somersetshire, and does not cite a relationship, if any. Is it possible that Mr. Nathaniel FOX of Pointington was somehow kin to the FOX Family of Essex County, Virginia who also had close ties to the UNDERWOOD family?
