Per Linda Berney: Dec 1867, Job Combs files for divorce from Olive in Lancaster County, Nebraska (Vital Records from Nebraska State Journal page 1, found at Nebraska State Historical Society - “Combs vs Combs Div. Job Combs of Lan Co. Nebr. Plaintiff vs Olive Combs of Iowa, defendant. Petition filed 23 Nov 1867 in District Ct. Lan Co. Nebr to be answered on or before Dec 16, 1867.”)

Apparently Job Combs removed to Nebraska with his brother Michael Combs. On 2 May 1868 - Job Combs died (obit by brother Michael in The Christian Record, Vol II - No. 8, August 1868, pages 223-224 - “I have the mournful intelligence to communicate of the death of my dear and only brother, Job Combs, aged sixty-six years, four months, and two days. Departed this life May 2d, 1868” See Family Report for Michael and Job Combs

SE Note: Is this same Job Combs that married Henrietta WILLIAMS in Ripley Co., IN and then found with Michael Combs in Montgomery Co. and Clay Co., IN. Obviously this Job in Monroe Co. and later in Nebraska is the brother of Michael Combs and biographical sketches of Michael Combs state his brother Job was with him in Montgomery Co., IN.

Combs, Olive, Mrs., daughter of George DARROW and widow of Job Combs, S.1; P.O. Fredric; he was born in 1803, in Tennessee, died in June, 1870; she was born Oct. 20, 1820, in Ohio. They were married in August, 1867. She owns 160 acres of land. Her first husband, Thomas McNEILL, was born June 24, 1823, in Potsdam, N.Y; they were married in Lee Co., Iowa, April 17, 1847; he died in June 1857; have three children--W. Irvin, Sylva C. (now Mrs. TERRY), and Amanda H. McNEILL. Member of the Christian Church.

Notes: Our records show Job Combs and Olive McNEILL were married 25 Aug 1859 and that Job Combs filed for a divorce from Olive in Dec. 1867 in Lancaster Co, NE, and that Job died 2 May 1868 per his death notice writtten by his brother. The above directory entry is interesting because it is another reference to Job being born in Tennessee.
