Minidoka County was created January 28, 1913 from the parent county of Lincoln. The county seat is Rupert.

SE Notes: By 1930, Ira and Vesta are found in the 1930 Merced Co, CA census in Twp #8, Atwater City which shows his son Ernest to have been born in Missouri. Perhaps Ira made a swing back through Missouri before making his way to California.

Notes: Enoch Combs, son of Granville Combs and Margaret Amburgey of Letcher/Knott Cos, Ky. and Taney Co, Mo. Granville Combs was the son of Mason Combs and Matilda WATTS. Couple previously found in Taney Co, MO. I am looking for descendants of this family (Sue Elfving). Per the Family Bible of Mason Combs and Matilda Watts: Enoch Combs born 25 Feb 1871 married 3 July 1893 Juda Stamper (Enoch died 3 Jan 1951 Idaho) http://www.combs-families.org/combs/families/c-mas-watt.htm. Apparently couple, or parts of the family were in Idaho by 1917 per Cullen's WWI draft registration.
