BM Notes: Exerpt from "Furlow Family Encyclopedia", published 1981, page 2: "Daniel FURLOW's first wife Charity HENSON died prior to 1837, and he remarried to Edith COMBS, daughter of Amy and Solomon COMBS of Kentucky. Daniel had two children, Samuel and Mary A., were born to Charity. His remaining four children were Edith's and they were Solomon C., Seyrus, Jackson, and an unnamed male infant. Jackson was the only child to live to adulthood."
