SE Note: Per Combs researcher Benjamin Combs, James M. Combs was the son of Job Combs and Henrietta WILLIAMS who married in 1825 in Ripley Co, IN. James M. Combs (b. 20 April 1832) is found in his parents 1850 household (age 17) in Clay Co, IN. James and Manerva are in Wapello Co, IA in 1860 and in Taylor Co., IA in 1870. According to family information, Minerva was Minerva/Manurva Ellen WILSON.
