Caldwell Co., KY was established in 1809 from Livingston Co. In 1820, Trigg Co. was established from Caldwell and Christian, and in 1822, Hickman was established from Caldwell and Livingston. In 1854, Lyon was established from Caldwell.

Notes: In Johnson Co., MO is found a Mary Combs, born ca 1790, NC, with Benjamin F. & Timothy COY in her 1850 HH, and Benjamin F. COY listed as an heir in her 1852 will. Could she have been Mary "Polly" DUNNING Combs? Could the children have been those of Isaac and Elizabeth Combs Coy?
