This DEED, made and entered into this the First day of June, 1949 by and between Oscar and Laura Kincaid parties of the first part, and John Combs and his heirs parties of the second part, witnesseth: That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Three-Hundred Dollars ($300.00); and as a further and part consideration hereof agrees for himself and his heirs, that no Negros shall be buried in the lot hereby conveyed; that running roses or other running plants will not be planted; that no pens or houses will be constructed on said lot, that no concrete structures or fences will be put around or upon said lot or graves; that no hedge will be planted upon or around the lot; and grantee and his heirs willfully observe and comply witj all reasonable rules and regulations of said cemetery. The receipt of which is acknowledged, so hereby sell, grant and convey to the parties of the second part his heirs and assigns, the following described property.

To-wit: a lot or parcel of land. To-wit: lying and being situated in Riverside Cemetery, Subdivision or Addition to the City of Hazard, Perry County, Kentucky, and being twenty feet by forty feet, in what is known as Lots No. 10 and 12 Block "H". as shown by map or plat of said Subdivision or Addition of record in Plat Book No.91 page 358, in the County Court Clerk's Office, Hazard, Perry County, Kentucky.

Being a part of the same land conveyed from Louis and M. C. Couch to Oscar and Laura Kincaid by Deed bearing date Ninth Day of November, 1946, and of record in Deed Book No. 91 at page 358, Perry County Clerk's Office.

To have and to hold the same, together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the parties of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, with covenant of general warranty.
