MRW Notes: By 1845, Evan Ennis COMBS, s/o Cuthbert & Sarah EVANS Combs, Sr., had come to MO from Montgomery Co, KY, and by 1845 was a resident of Jackson Co, MO.

(Robert Combs Bible Record & Barbara Rivas Combs Family Tree). Robert is in the 1850 Clark and 1860 Powell Cos, KY census households of his parents, and he and Susan are in Callaway Co MO census in 1880.
