Edgar Combs dated: 6-5-1917. He states that he was living in New Boston [Scioto County], that he was born 24 May 1890 [note year] in Salyersville [Magoffin Co], KY. He reported that he was married and had one child. He was described as tall and slender with brown eyes and brown hair. [I cannot read his occupation.] His employer appears to be Whittaker ??? Steel Co. of New Boston, OH.
