Llano County, Texas was established in 1856 from Bexar County, Texas. The county seat is Llano.
26 Apr 1881 "Nancy Combs, born Nov 25, 1797 in Knox Co., TN, died April 26, 1881 in Llano Co., TX. Buried on land owned by Samual Logan FLEMING in Babyhead Community."
Note: The above information was copied from the John FLEMING Bible in 1927 by John Savage FLEMING, James Reynolds FLEMING, and Arthur Louis FLEMING. It also said, "John FLEMING, born April 11, 1790 in Ireland, died July 6, 1860 in Van Buren Co., TN. Married Nancy Combs in 1812 at Blue Springs Cove [Warren Co, TN]." Some historians think that Nancy could be the daughter of Mason Combs, born Feb 21, 1757, and the granddaughter of Mason Combs, born 1714 and his wife Sarah."
