The cemetery that is being referred to is the Combs family cemetery located in Mason County, Point, Pleasant, WV. The persons buried there are:

Sarah Susan Flowerree Combs born 1812-1896
Henry Clay Combs 1856-1939 - son of William H. Combs
Lanora Anise Combs 1860-1948 wife of Henry Clay Combs - daughter of Mark
Gilman Sayre and Mary Charlotte Parsons Sayre
Edgar C. Combs - died 10-29-07 at 21 yrs. 2 months 6 days - son Henry Clay Combs and Lanora Anise Sayre Combs
Ulysis Grant Combs 1900-1919 - son of Henry Clay Combs and Lanora Anise Sayre Combs
Rhoda Agnes Combs Sayre - daughter or Henry Clay Combs & Lanora A. Sayre Combs.

Three sons died young
Daniel F. Combs - drown in the Ohio River - around 1860. He was never on the 1860 Census. He died at age 9 - but by family tradition is to be buried in the Douglas Cemetery?
Contee Combs died during the Civil War - approx. 1861. He enlisted 6/1/1861 with his father. William H. Combs was 50 years old when he enlisted in the Civil War.
John L. Combs died at age 28yrs - 7-10-1881
