29 Jun 1613 Married: John COMBES, tailor, and Elizabeth LLOYD, of Bengeo. co., Herts, spinster, daughter of Edward LLOYD of same, tailor---at Thomas Apostle, London. (29 June 1613. B. - Extracted by Combs Researchers Joe Kendalll and Denise Mortorff from "Foster's MARRIAGES OF LONDON, London, 1869)

An IGI entry, the only one for Bengeo, states that a John COOMES was married in Jun 1613 in "Benges" but does not name the bride, and appears to be a pre-1970 (less reliable?) record. (F#: 177909, @, "Rel: Thomas LLOYD", P#: 685, O#: 26288)
