Headcorn, a parish in the hundred of ???, lathe of ???, county of Kent, 4.39 miles southwest of Boughton Malherbe (1); 4.73 mi. southwest of Egerton (2); 6.15 mi. southeast of Boughton Monchelsea (3); 6.21 northeast of Cranbrook; 6.21 southwest of Lenham (4); 6.94 southwest of Little Chart (%); 8.1 southeast of Maidstone; 8.1 mi. northwest of Rolvenden; 8.45 northeast of Horsmonden;

(1) On 21 Dec 1639 in Boughton Malherbe, Kent, one Baptist NOELL m Hester WOTTON. Was this the same Baptist NOEL, Viscount of Campden (s/o Edward and Juliana HICKS Noel) who married Anne LOVETT, d/o Sir Robert and Anne SAUNDERS Lovett, and widow of Edward BOURCHIER, Earl of Bath?

(2) Home of Deborah FLEET, d/o Charles of Egerton, wife of William FLEET, and mother of Henry of Old Rappa County, Virginia.

(3) Home of John and Joan ADY Sare (Sayer) parents of Ady SARE who m Sarah ARCHDALE (d/o Thomas and Mary CLIFTON Archdale) and Susan SARE who married Robert BARHAM (mother-in-law of Elizabeth FILMER) who also had land at (4) Boughton Monchelsea.
