St Peter Le Poer,

St Peter Le Poer (.87 miles northeast of city centre) was rebuilt in 1792, sold in 1907 and demolished. St Benet Fink was united to St Peter le Poer in 1842, and both parishes united to St Michael Cornhill in 1906. Parish records are in the Guildhall Library: baptisms 1561-1905, marriage 1561-1904, banns 1653-5 & 1755-1817, burials 1561-1853. * St Benet Fink (1.24 mi. N of City Centre) was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1666, rebuilt, then demolished in 1844.
