St Thomas in the Liberty of the Rolls,

St Thomas In The Liberty Of The Rolls, a District Chapelry, was constituted in 1842. It was united to St Dunstan in the West in 1886.* It was rebuilt in 1842, and sold in 1882. Parish records are in the Guildhall Library: baptisms 1842-86 and marriages 1845-85. A partial index to baptisms and marriages is in the IGI. Only one Combs record located there (see below).

*St Dunstan In The West, Fleet Street (0.87 northwest of City Centre), was rebuilt in 1831-3. Parish records are in the Guildhall Library: baptisms, 1558-1857; marriages, 1559-1970; banns, 1653-59, 1754-7, 1811-41 and 1891-1959; marriage licenses, 1731-1884; and burials, 1558-1856. For baptisms 1842-86 and marriages 1845-85, see also St Thomas in the Liberty of the Rolls. Later baptisms registers have been retained by the incumbent.
