In 1807, Hopkins was established from Henderson; in 1811, Union from Henderson; and in 1860, Webster from Henderson, Hopkins and Union. Present-day Henderson County is adjacent to Daviess, McLean, Webster, and Union Counties, KY, and Posey, Vanderburgh and Warrick Co., IN
