Logan was established in 1792 from Lincoln Co. In 1797, Christian and Warren were both established from Logan, and in 1799, Muhlenberg was established from Logan and Christian. In 1810, Butler Co. was established from Logan and Ohio, and in 1819, Simpson was established from Allen, Logan and Warren. In 1820, Todd was established from Logan and Christian.
